By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:

- Colours may differ due to screen settings
We reserve the right to:

- Discontinue products
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
3. Pricing
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error is identified after purchase, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please ensure all details provided are correct. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping

Once dispatched:

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

- Is not of acceptable quality
We will comply with all obligations under ACL.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- Incorrect selection
- No longer needed
- Preference changes
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, including but not limited to:
- Skincare
- Cosmetics
- Personal care products
Return Requests
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (3 days) of receiving your order with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
