At Tokyo Lifestyle Australia, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- Incorrect selection
- No longer required
- Preference changes
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, including but not limited to:
- Skincare
- Cosmetics
- Personal care products
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
